Thanks to the wonderful Isabelle of Orfee, dear old Winnie has been rescued from the streets of Romania. We normally take two each year, but felt with Daddy Twilight so poorly, just one for the moment. Darling Winnie was chosen from the many hundreds by Isabelle, he was castrated, and he started the paper preparing for his home coming. The journey is no mean feat: five long days. We thank all involved, but especially our Terry and Bryan who took the last stage. Winnie clearly anxious and wary. He has taken a good week to settle but now, is one of the team. He is very aware, and we do not move quickly for him. Welcome old man. You just take your time and settle at your own pace. Feeling your love already xxx
