Darling old Jake, 19 years old, and his time to cross the bridge. What a wonderful few years we have enjoyed with this precious fella. Whilst we will miss him, we have a precious picture of him with his old mate Elwood. Both now exercising those mighty long legs across the fields of clouds. His liver and kidneys were his weak link at the end, but no pain as the vet helped him pass so very peacefully, at home and in his chair. Thank you Jake, for your grace and special presence.
