Night night dear Dankeur. What a love giant this lad has been. Rescued from the wonderful Les Amis, we welcomed the big man. Then, just as often happens, our outreach home, Philip, was ready for another pudding. It was a match of love, and Dankeur joined Mozart. Sadly Philip wasn’t well for the last few months, so you came home. We had visited them often; like two old lads in heaven they had the best time. But dear Dankeur’s kidneys had been on their last legs for some time. He fought so well and bravely, but when the pain kicked in, it was his time. He passed peacefully in Leeanne’s arms. Thank you big man, we miss you, but wish you freedom and peace.
