The saying that one door shuts but another opens happened for our Kate Potter – the sad passing of Nicky, tears shed but then another old soul found by the wayside. For the Twilight Outreach programme, it was time to welcome Old Ted (originally called Hulk) to live with Kate. She couldn’t let him stay in the cold and wet and he needed treatment for his eye immediately so off to the vet. His eye was, in fact, an unbelievable mess but was not a huge job to sort out. Dear Ted, he had a wonderful stable home with Kate xx
