Darling Lukas, time to say goodnight princess. Nearly 16 years old and a life time of being rescued. Here, as her rescue mummy found the toileting difficult, due to her own health issues. We thank her mummy for supporting all her medical financial needs, as a thyroid and pain sufferer this adds up.
Lukas led à gentle quiet routine here. Never really mixed but was happy enough in her little world. She loved her food and was delighted with the extra treats that came with the pills! She liked to be chatted with, but not the greatest for being fussed.
I don’t think she ever really was at peace within herself, something troubled her. That is until the day it was time to say aurevoir and cross the bridge. She looked at me with so much peace. She knew this lifetime fight was over and she could just let her soul relax and be. I’m sure she smiled as she said thank you.
