Time to meet our 2022 Christmas pudding – Erapy (now Élodie, as we had trouble with our tongues!)
This beautiful old lady is 14 years old and her owner is now hospitalised full time. She is calm and loving but very stiff and she has some clear skin issues for which she has antibiotics. She has been here 24 hours and settled fully into the pack … and we are quite in love.
She is just like our own Kizzy from all those years ago; it makes my heart skip every time I look at her.
She is going to need arthritis pain relief and lots of mighty cuddles. She has come up from Figeac refuge, where the lovely president brought herself drove her up. Impressed to hear of the changes at the refuge and very pleased to help.
