It is with the heaviest heart I have to share that our little delicious Jeff did not make it through the night after his surgery. The splenectomy had gone well, the tumour (which I saw) was huge. He had pain but seemed to settle well. Sadly though it had clearly all been too much and he passed, likely a heart attack. I feel very sad for him, I believed he had some more time to share that gorgeous waggy tail. But, it was not meant to be. Run free now you gorgeous boy. We didn’t know you for long, but your beautiful spirit touched us all. Know you crossed the bridge with all our love. xxx
